<p dir="auto">This is a function of Gmail's IMAP behavior, not controlled by MailMate. If you delete messages from the Inbox via IMAP, they remain in All Mail.</p>

<p dir="auto">In order to get rid of it completely from MailMate, you can subscribe to the All Mail folder for that account, then delete it from there.</p>

<p dir="auto">When I use "delete immediately" to skip the trash and delete an email, it gets archived instead (still shows up in All Mail). I've tried the different Gmail IMAP settings but can't get the expected behavior. Does "delete immediately" work with Gmail for anyone else?</p>
