[MlMt] MailMate doesn’t seem to purge deleted/moved messages from the IMAP server

This should only happen if you have one or more offline mailboxes within the account. Check the account under Sources in the mailbox list and make sure no mailboxes are greyed out.
This has come up a few times recently. The intended design in MailMate is that mailboxes within an account are not supposed to go offline silently. I'll be interested in anything reproducible where this happens without MailMate first showing a warning with an option to take the mailbox offline (which in some cases can be the only way to stop the warnings due to a server issue). If the user chooses to take it offline then problems like the above can occur.
