[MlMt] Removed IMAP account in Sources, still appears in Mailboxes

Thanks for the quick reply, Benny! You were so prompt that I didn't get a chance to say the problem solved itself after another restart of the app. Maybe I hadn't quit and restarted as I thought I did.
