[MlMt] Removed IMAP account in Sources, still appears in Mailboxes

First check that the account does not contain any emails. MailMate won't automatically delete any emails which were never uploaded to the server (for whatever reason -- including bugs). To be honest, I cannot recall if you can then delete them by explicitly using “Message > Delete Immediately” (hold down the option key). Alternatively, move them to an online account.

If this is not the problem then let's debug it off list (write me via Help > Send Feedback). I'm aware that MailMate has some issues with removal of sources, but it hasn't been high on my list.
