Thanks Henry - yes, thanks for this response, but sadly I'm well aware.  It
seems that on the smaller font sizes (about less than 14pt), Sequoia starts
doing some top margin fiddling with the rows in the NSTableView (this is a
guess).

I have quite a few custom columns and require a dense font, I've switched to
roboto flex regular 13pt and that's gotten me back to centers and a readable
list.
