[MlMt] Message list vertical font alignment

Hi Ben,

You can adjust the fonts’ sizes and offset (Line Height delta) from the Fonts menu (Menu>View>Choose Font) while in each appropriate window or likewise the Home window. My offset is 0 for my selected font (Consolas). YMMV.
