[MlMt] Inline images have "attachment" disposition and this may cause problems with ProtonMail

Many thanks Benny, that works great!

I agree that some of the reformatting practices ProtonMail uses are very questionable, though their outlook is a bit different. In any case I’m just looking to arrange myself with what they do, and in this case the solution is easy enough thanks to your quick reaction.
