[MlMt] Unknown keyboard shortcut to delete an email?

Oh, and odder still, the Typinator shortcut doesn't change the focus while
tab'ing, as it does when manually typed. Not sure if that offers any clue.
I'm going to reach out to Typinator, as I'm thinking it's a bug there.
