Add it to the list, including CTRL+C for copy… DOS conventions for
many things for deliberate breaks with CPM or Unix to avoid law suits,
but I think that backslashes were already used to escape characters like
spaces, so this was doubly bad. Mind you, Apple wasn't much better at
the time either!
