[MlMt] [SPAM] Set Outlook Outbound Important Flag?

Is this of any use these days? Those used to email in the corporate 
environment know that messages flagged as Important are the least 
important of all (unless you are the one person who has lost their keys 
which are now at reception, or it's you who have left your car lights 
on) :-)
