[MlMt] default signature choice

Thanks, Henry. I see those options, but I want to do something much
simpler. Right now, the signature that you see on this email pops up
automatically on every message I send out and I must change it manually
from the Signature dropdown if I want a different signature. All I want
to do is make a different signature be the one that populates the
message automatically for all recipients.
In the Settings I went to the signature descriptions and entered All in
the Recipients for the one I want to be the default, but that did not
change the behavior. What am I still missing?
