<p dir="auto">Thanks, Henry. I see those options, but I want to do something much simpler. Right now, the signature that you see on this email pops up automatically on every message I send out and I must change it manually from the Signature dropdown if I want a different signature. All I want to do is make a different signature be the one that populates the message automatically for all recipients.</p>
<p dir="auto">In the Settings I went to the signature descriptions and entered All in the Recipients for the one I want to be the default, but that did not change the behavior. What am I still missing?</p>

<p dir="auto">Settings assignments are made in MailMate’s Signatures menu tab (Settings>Signatures) You can assign a signature to a specific default group of Addresses, where you add (with the PLUS mark at the Botton of the menu), likewise remove or selectively edit a line to specify an Account Name, Signature and email address.</p>

<p dir="auto">The signatures preferences pane allows you to add, delete, and edit the set of available signatures. You can also configure whether you prefer so-called top or bottom posting. If you change this setting then you also need to “Reset Usage History” if you don't want MailMate to rely on signature placements used in the past for specific recipients.</p>
