[MlMt] Proton Email - Duplicate email and Impossible to delete

Where are the duplicates located? Try enabling the “Source Mailbox” 
column in the message list if you are, e.g, viewing emails in the “All

Any emails at all? No matter where they are located?

It's the server that rejects the “deletion” (moving to Trash). What 
about moving to other mailboxes which are not Trash?

What about deleting without moving (hold down the ⌥ key to get a 
“Delete Immediately” menu item instead of “Delete”).

(You are welcome to write me off list since I'm guessing it's not of 
general interest to debug this issue.)
