<p dir="auto">It's the server that rejects the “deletion” (moving to Trash). What about moving to other mailboxes which are not Trash?</p>
<p dir="auto">What about deleting without moving (hold down the ⌥ key to get a “Delete Immediately” menu item instead of “Delete”).</p>
<p dir="auto">(You are welcome to write me off list since I'm guessing it's not of general interest to debug this issue.)</p>
