[MlMt] I need a email provider with: catchall receiving - wildcard sending

I have the same problem and need in the next days or month to change 
from domainfactory (dF) to mailbox.org

I see that it becomes urgent to switch:

- How did you transfered the existing mails over to mailbox.org?
- How did you managed to have the domain still at dF and just point the 
MX to mailbox?
