[MlMt] Composed messages saved to a Drafts mailbox in MM v. 6238 and higher not visible on any other devices

In this case, I think an info message (perhaps below the header) should 
be displayed to highlight this as a feature rather than a bug.

Maybe when the user opens the email from the draft folder or when the 
draft message is created.
