[MlMt] Exchange setup

I just rolled back do to a gmail issue and need to resetup an Exchange email.    I had it working on a later version of MailMate but cannot remember how to set it up.  MM retrieves the mail when I used the auto setup but all outgoing emails use my gmail serve, which causes problems.

I could not find a reference in docs to Exchange so any help appreciated.
