[MlMt] Include original attachments when replying?

Hi Henry,

Ah, I think I see the miscommunication. When I reply, MM properly quotes 
the email / OP to which I am replying. What I would like to do is be 
able to include the *attachments* from the email / OP as well (PDF, JPG, 
etc).
