[MlMt] Bundles broken?

I've had a few other users report this and I'm actually unsure what 
triggers it. I think you can fix it by deleting these files:

	~/Library/Caches/BundlesIndex.binary
	~/Library/Caches/Cache.db
	~/Library/Caches/Cache.db-shm
	~/Library/Caches/Cache.db-wal

And then relaunch MailMate.

If that doesn't work then write me off list and we'll see if we can 
debug it in a way that allows me to reproduce it. In fact, maybe write 
me before doing the above.
