[MlMt] New Licensing => Yearly Option => Reduce admin overhead for comapnies

It’s great that Benny implemented the yearly subscription.

However, as a private user, I’d prefer a monthly subscription instead. 
Could Benny consider adding this option?

(with the same billing day of month as the initial subscription start 
day?)
