I did add this option a few days ago. To create a yearly subscription for an existing license key, go to “MailMate ▸ Registration ▸ View License Key...” and then click on “Update License...”, and finally “MailMate Development Supporter...”. (Yeah, that should be simpler.)

If you need a license key as well then just go to https://freron.com/support
