Sorry, not based on this description. I really need as simple an example 
as possible when fixing issues of this type.

You can always send me the `Mailboxes.plist` file (off list) if you want 
me to take a look at your rules.

I'll note general import/export of rules as a feature request (internal 
dragging and copy/paste of rules between mailboxes should work -- at 
least it used to work).
