[MlMt] filter out mails that are in a mailbox or any subfolder?

Is $subject possible?

I have a `sites/` folder with lots of subfolders like 
`sites/stackoverflow`, `sites/whatever` and would like to exclude them 
from my Unread filter.

Any way to do that without having to manually exclude each new 
subfolder?
