[MlMt] G Workspace account shows over quota

I am a Google Workspace administrator.  The usage shown for my account 
in MM 5950 is the overall usage and quota - that is all files that count 
toward my quota, not just mail.  In my case MM is accurate for both the 
amount used (11 GB) and the quota (30 GB).
