[MlMt] Attachments open "Read Only"

Annamarie,

This may have been asked before, but how are you opening attachments 
which give you a Read-Only indication:
1. Double-Click on the attachment in the message, in MM?
2. Use arrow key to download to the default folder (usually Downloads) 
and open from there to its default app (E.G. Preview or others)?
3. Some other way… Specifically what?

And last, which version and MacOS are you using?
