[MlMt] Naming smart mailboxes using the ${list-id.identifier} variable

Two possibilities:
1. Rename an existing smart mailbox with those funny numbers (UID) that
may be in a sub-window like Mailing Lists (^click) already.
2. Build a new smart mailbox similarly.
