[MlMt] Mailmate not removing deleted messages from inbox (but is, locally)

Thanks for the suggestion Steve. In fact Benny has answered on the 
tracker and said to look for any offline mailboxes within the account 
and, sure enough, Deleted as well as Sent had sneaked offline. Now they 
are back to syncing, things are moving out as expected.
