[MlMt] "Date Received" column width

Randall,

Mailbox list left side menu>Mailboxes group. E.G. All Inbox, All 
Archives, All Drafts, etc.

If you change All Inbox column, you will affect all the sub-mailboxes 
under them. Likewise if you change the group, you affect all the subset 
mailboxes. That’s what I meant. Likewise the column width.

Of course changing the display size likewise affect all in different 
ways (Full-screen settings).
