[MlMt] "Date Received" column width

Hi Henry,

I'm not sure what you mean by "each group" and "sub-set items" or how 
that is different from just dragging the column in the main viewer 
window to make it bigger. Do you mean in the auto-created virtual 
mailboxes at the top of the main viewer window?
