Hi Henry,

honestly, I don’t know. Like Alain said, “them” is basically just 
Rich. He usually answers support requests fairly quickly and thoroughly, 
which is my experience as well, so I’m not sure why he 
didn’t/couldn’t help you with this. Maybe just try writing another 
support mail?

Gmail is not my primary mail account, but I have it set up in Preside 
and never had any problems with it. How did you try to import your 
existing account? Do you mean you had it previously set up in iOS Mail?
