[MlMt] Displaying the midnight hour

Antonio,

On my MacBook with High Sierra 10.13.6 (17G14042) and MM r5856,
I see with a 24h presentation a mail from 11min past midnight as 
“00:11” we are CET based.

Could it be a timezone related issue ?
