[MlMt] Keeping emails read/unread

Hi,
My MailMate build is the latest 5870.
Even from 5864 I noticed that emails don’t become read/unread after 
processed them on a different email client that I usually use.
Do I have to setup again the IMAP account from scratch (I would avoid 
..)?
It is an Exchange account, but worked well up to date.
