[MlMt] Attachment download notifications

Eric,

I do not see the same thing when downloading a picture, with 
Notifications set as shown in the attachment (trying to duplicate your 
symptom, though not sure if I did and it’s in 12.2.1). If you can 
reliably duplicate it, maybe a bug report is in order as you are on a 
beta?

In my case, had previously set Notifications off, since I keep MailMate 
open on a screen all the time. I get too many notifications as it is.
