[MlMt] Smart folder for Messages awaiting reply?

I use SaneBox to auto-manage my emails. One of its many features is a
NoReplies folder - things in there have not been replied to.

Once this is in place, a simple smart folder with ‘in the last week’
condition would give me what Ben’s after.

SaneBox also auto-filters my emails in a bunch of different ways, worth
a look

Cheers
Simon
