[MlMt] Look for gpg command in /opt/homebrew/bin

This worked for me:

```
defaults write com.freron.MailMate environmentVariables -array '{ 
enabled = :true;  name = "MM_GPG"; value = "/opt/homebrew/bin/gpg"; }'
```
