[MlMt] Look for gpg command in /opt/homebrew/bin

Hi,

Is there a way to tell Mailmate to look into `/opt/homebrew/bin` for 
gpg, instead of relying on `/usr/local/bin`?

`brew` on Apple-silicon Macs installs in the former location.

A symlink doesn't work.
