[MlMt] Mailbox in non threaded view by default

Benny,
To clarify, the reset command (“Start over”):
1. Clears all threading.
2. Resets all columns to a “default” setting.
The threading reset simply sets all threading everywhere to flat,
unthreaded.
Is there a list of all known coded commands like this and what they do
that you can point me to? Is there a page where all these ‘coded’ MM
settings can be viewed in Terminal?
