<p dir="auto">To clarify, the reset command (“Start over”):</p>
<ol>
<li>Clears all threading.</li>
<li>Resets all columns to a “default” setting.</li>
</ol>
<p dir="auto">The threading reset simply sets all threading everywhere to flat, unthreaded.</p>
<p dir="auto">Is there a list of all known coded commands like this and what they do that you can point me to? Is there a page where all these ‘coded’ MM settings can be viewed in Terminal?</p>

<p dir="auto">This is likely related to the general (unfortunately known and long standing) issues with storing/restoring mailbox related states. The “fix” is to reset this and start over with configuring columns/threading using this Terminal command (quit MailMate before doing this):</p>
