[MlMt] version 8 of Todoist broke links to emails

Dear Robert, 

It may be useful to know that %3e in the correct link is an escaped closing HTML tag,  >

The %25 is an HTML escaped percentage sign, % . 

So it looks as though *something* is incorrectly escaping the percentage sign in %3e, and thus breaking the closing tag.
