[MlMt] Choosing fonts and sizes

In the Inbox window, the column head “Date Received” shows only 
dates. I know it can be set to show time for today’s received 
messages, but I can’t figure out how.

Also, I can set the font used when creating a new message and displaying 
a received message, but not how to set the application font (used in the 
menus, and in the “To:”, “Subject:”, and “From:” fields of a 
new message). Surely this can be customized?
