[MlMt] Keyboard shortcuts for message-only window in r5800 are not working

I’m running BigSur 11.2.3, and I thought I would try out the latest 
r5800 release (yes, I’m a glutton for punishment).

I prefer a 2-pane configuration so I can open each message in a separate 
window. With a message window active, it seems like the keyboard 
navigation shortcuts (e.g. “j” for next message) do nothing. 
That’s a non-starter for me. :)

Dialing back to r5798 restored the keyboard shortcuts.

FYI, when I tried to use MailMate’s builtin download/update/restart 
feature (option-click on Check for Update) to upgrade from my previous 
release (r5757?) to the suggested r5798, it simply failed, saying that I 
did not have permission to copy MailMate.app into my /Applications 
folder. While this is technically true, I expected the installation 
process to trigger a request for me to authenticate with Administrator 
privileges rather than just giving up. Instead, I had to download a .tgz 
file from https://updates.mailmate-app.com/archives/ and manually move 
the new version into /Applications.
