[MlMt] Deleting messages once and for all?; 2FA

Re: permanently deleting a message in a single step, I think this could 
be done using a rule on the Deleted mailbox.  I’ll leave the testing 
to you but I do something similar with removing all tags and setting the 
Read flag for messages I delete…
