[MlMt] Messages (apparently) fetched from an Exchange server don't appear in the MM UI

Based on your files, it does look very strange. Try using “Help ▸ 
Send Feedback” to send me the following file:

	/Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/MailMate/Mailboxes.plist
