[MlMt] Junk folder gets messages when Sieve unchecked

OK - I wasn’t quite right - image checking does work with spam in that 
you can configure the spam score that will inform the image checking 
process.

That said, I checked several of the messages in my Junk boxes and none 
of them have that same header information.  What you posted looks like 
server side spam checking like SpamAssassin or similar…
