[MlMt] Selecting default SMTP server

However, if I put my Fastmail SMTP server in my Tuffmail IMAP setup, it works fine. But from what you said about using a "foreign" SMTP server with an account is not advisable, I changed it back to its own SMTP server and just live with it.
