[MlMt] r5757 Move to Mailbox broken?

I've noticed something similar in 5763 as well, I think with tags. I 
can't reproduce it right now, but there were certain situations where 
the menu would show nothing unless I went and made sure the message had 
focus. Even though it was clearly the current message. I'll try to 
reproduce it next time it happens.
