[MlMt] reply is generates wrong addresses

If I get this email:

To:	ME <tracy at acme.org>

and I hit reply I get

From: ME <ann at acme.org)  (ME at Ann ???)
Subject:	Re: May 2021 invoice
Date:	April 8, 2021 at 1:04 PM
To:	me <tracy at acme.org>


In a reply, The from should be ME <tracy at acme.org>
the to should be ANN <ann at acme.org>

This is massively messed up!

My Contacts list is fine. Can I purge something to get this working again?
