Yes, marking as deleted does not move to next message. I guess it should work similarly to “Move to Deleted Messages” (which is what most people use). I'll make a note of that.

What is your use case for this?

You might be able to do it using `MmAdditionalComposerHeaders`, but I haven't checked.
