[MlMt] default account derived from context is not behaving?

I just ran into this issue and would like to see the same behavior Eric 
describes about domain matching.

Alternatively, can I configure the internal address warnings for this 
purpose?  For example, setting the internalAddressPattern to 
"^(.*@work\\.com)" for my home address would warn if any of the To: 
addresses match my work domain.
