[MlMt] AppleScript or other method to show unread messages in Inbox?

Did you tried an IMAP library in your favourite language to query the 
status of your inbox or use the IMAP search for "UNSEEN"

Note: an 'folder' in IMAP libraries is named 'mailbox'
